Tilapia fillet and veg parcel
Ingredients
•1 Tilapia fillet
•Aspargus
•1/2 a small Onion
•1 clove of garlic
•handful of Kale
•1 Pack choy
•1 Red bell pepper
• 1 cup of Mushrooms
• 1 Courgette
•1/2 a Lemon
•a small bunch of coriander
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method
•fold the parchment paper or fol into a small parcel, leave the top uncovered and make sure the ends are sealed tightly.
•Put the filet inside and add salt and pepper and coriander, squeeze the lemon and ad two slices of lemon on top of the fish and place in the oven at 250 for 15 mins
•While the fish is cooking, roughly chop the veg and place asparagus in a pan of boiling water and blanch them then place them in the oven with the fish.
•Fry the chopped veg in the wok, with salt and pepper and coriander.
•Serve and Enjoy!
