Blueberry Smoothie

They can help to maintain healthy bones and lower blood pressure and they can help with management of diabetes and heart diseases. Blueberries contain a compound called zeaxanthin which helps to keep the eyes healthy.
The reason I use Greek yogurt it energising is because it has high amount of protein, more than any other yogurt.
I’m using almond milk because almonds help retain your mental focus, which is helpful in the morning but you can use any milk that you like.
