Carrot, Ginger & Orange Juice


This juice is perfect if you have the flu or are feeling a bit run down. The carrot and the orange provide a bounty of vitamins to help rejuvenate you from the inside out. They have beta and alpha carotene, vitamin c, potassium and lutein. They can lower cholesterol, good for treating heart burn and perfect for fighting a cold. The ginger is like red bull for your immune system, its one of the oldest medicinal foods of time and it’s tried and tested cure for the common cold. Ginger can also relieve nausea.

Ingredients

  • 5 large organges

  • 10 Carrots

  • 150g of Ginger

Method

Chop up all the ingredients into chunks and pass through a juicer.
