Breakfast Boost Smoothie
This smoothie is great for breakfast, it will give u a boost of energy and a pep in your step.
Ingredients
1/2 an Apple
1 cup of strawberries
1 medium Beetroot (cut in quarters)
1 inch of Ginger
a handfull of Spinach
1 Pear
500ml of water
Method
Chop all large ingredients into chunks, place all ingredient into a blender and blend until smooth.
