WOOHOO! The very first episode of my youtube cooking show is up. Very excited to share this and I can't wait to share more. New episode every Friday.

RAMADHAN SMOOTHIES: 2 recipes for smoothies that are perfect to have when you're fasting.

SUHOOR SMOOTHIE

  • 1/2 cup of oatmeal

  • 1 and 1/3 cup of almond milk (you can use any milk that you like)

  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1 whole banana

METHOD: put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. IFTAR SMOOTHIE

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 3 inches on cucumber

  • 1/2 inch of ginger

  • 1 granny smith apple

  • 500 ml of water

METHOD: put all the ingredients in an extractor blender and blend.
