RAMADHAN SMOOTHIES: 2 recipes for smoothies that are perfect to have when you're fasting.

SUHOOR SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 and 1/3 cup of almond milk (you can use any milk that you like)
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 whole banana
METHOD: put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. IFTAR SMOOTHIE
1 handful of spinach
1/2 a banana
3 inches on cucumber
1/2 inch of ginger
1 granny smith apple
500 ml of water
METHOD: put all the ingredients in an extractor blender and blend.
