Spiced Tea

Now I was shown this tea in Ranadhan 2016 and I have been hooked on it ever since its super easy to make.

It has immune boosting ginger, green tea which is full of antioxidants, cinnamon which is a natural anti inflammatory and can help regulate blood sugar levels. Cloves and star anise are both aromatics but also have calming properties.

Ingredients

  • 100g of ginger

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 2 greet tea bags

  • 1 table spoon of cloves

  • 3 star anise

Method

Its so simple just put all this in a pan and bring to boil then let it simmer for 20 mins.

In a cup put some mint leaves. and pour in the tea and enjoy.
